• All bookings made on The Big January Sale between the 7th January 2020 and the 13th January 2020 will automatically be entered into The Big January Sale.
• One winner will be selected for a complimentary upgrade to The Penthouse Suite with Champagne welcome.
• Winner's will be selected by an automatic number generator and the hotel's decision is final.
• The winner of the competition must be available to stay during the outlined stay dates (January to April) and The Penthouse is subject to availability.
• The winner of the competition must be prepared to be featured on the hotel's Social Media pages.
• The prize must be used as described, is not transferable and may not be exchanged for any other services at the hotel.
• The competition is valid for all new bookings made between the 7th and 13th January 2020.
• The Penthouse Upgrade is based on two people sharing the two bedroom suite. 
• 20% Off Full Price Spa Treatments is valid for guests staying in the hotel. 
• 20% Off Spa cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and applies to treatments of 50min or more. 
• 20% off Spa excludes manicure, pedicures and waxing.

Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be made between 25th November 2019 and 2nd December 2019. 

All offers are subject to availability and the hotel retains the right to decline any date without further reason. 

Special Offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other or with any discounted vouchers. 

20% off Accommodation, applies to "Bed and Breakfast" Rates on the hotel website only. 

20% off Spa Treatments, applies to full priced treatments on The Spa Menu and does not apply to discounted offers. 

10% off Vouchers, applies to monetary vouchers from E50.00 to E500.00 Only one voucher is permitted per visit to the hotel. 

Competition winners agree to have their picture taken for media releases and or social media publications. 

Competition winners agree to have their first and last names published in media releases and or social media publication. 

Competition prizes are not transferable and the winner will need to use the prize within the given time frame. 

Competition prize cannot be exchanged for other goods and services or cash. 

Loyalty Discounts

All loyalty offers and discounts are subject to availability. 

Whilst the hotel will do its best to accommodate guests where possible, the hotel retains the right to decline any date without further reason.

Loyalty discounts are not valid on Bank Holiday Weekends, during Special Events, Midterm Breaks and over the Christmas and New Year holidays.
