Spring is Sprung..
As the daffodils explode into full bloom and the mountain colours throw off their winter coats, it is wonderful to watch the view of the lakes linger until early evening.

We have started this year off in spectacular style by winning Georgina Campbells, Jameson Hotel of the Year award. The Spa at Aghadoe was also acknowledged as a market leader by being the only Irish nominee at the European Spa awards hosted by The International Professional Beauty Association.
Both acknowledgements are extremely rewarding and give us a pip in our step for the coming season.

I have just today received the first copy of our new “Self Guided Walking Trails” guide. It is a wonderfully written & illustrated guide of walking trails from the hotel and into the 25,000 acre National Park. Now where did I put those walking shoes…

We are also delighted that the hotel's redevelopment is finally completed. We have just opened the spectacular Penthouse Suite to rave reviews. We are confident that our penthouse is among the most unique and luxurious in Europe and adds a new dimension to the Aghadoe experience.

With out a doubt, the best room in the house, our new Penthouse offers guests not only the most unique accommodation in town but also a stunning view that simply is breathtaking.
